Recalling the best Amitabh Scene ..

Brother Dear Brother!
Love you with no Fear!

Oh what a mix up.. ek baar viru se uski shhadi kar do.. bas gaane vaali.. Its hould have been Basanti and not Viru..

If you permit Akhiree Rasta - the scene in the graveyard where father and son meet.. ough.. you looked pretty handsome as the old man in the t movie.. give this comment to your make up man in tha movie..

and also Khush to bahut hoge bhagwaan.. jo aadmi kabhi tumhare mandir ki seedhiyaan nahi chadhaa aaj tumhare saamane haat phailaye khada hai.. bahut khush hoge.. mere paapon ki sazaa meri maan ko mat de.. (Deewar)
also ek vo thhe jo baat baat par goli chala dete thhe.. maine to kanche vali goliyan bhi nahi kheli hain... mujhe to aap rahane hi deejiye DSP sahab.. and that Paan peek coming from side of the lips.. it added lot of value to your character..(Don) and yest the bhaang scene before the khaaike paan banaras vala.. it proved that you were indeed the real chhora Ganga kinaare vala..

Now if this continues like this.. know even you would start arre bhaiya ek scene ki aat kahi thhee.. tumne to puri ramayan hi baanch daali..

Though there are lot many scenes who knows I might have missed the best.. and I do not depend on what others have written.. I don't have to you see.. I can speak Amitabh.. I can sleep Amitabh I can Walk Amitabh and I can definitely TALK Amitabh.. when it coes to make up.. I feel the character f babu was exceptionally well crafted as was the senior Amit of Akhiree Rasta and the Badshah Khan of Khuda Gawah.. You see I have left the songs alone .. when do you ask us to do that .. anyway there it would be a tie between Khaike paan banaras vala and abhi abhi isi jagah par ek ladaki dekhi hai ajee dekhi hai.. jo mujhe ishaare karati hai par shayad kisise darati hai.. haan darati hai.. pyaar karegi kya darane vaali.. Oh! I must have sung that atleast thousand times.. ( of course minus the coefiiicient of the linear.. portion)

I am getting too emotional here.. utting across everything.. and putting it over many visits to the blog.. HT cafe vaale kahan hai.. let them coe and take a note.. though it does not matter to me.. what they say of the blog.. it has become a way of life.. the way it was when I was in Delhi living, dreaming and dying for catching every moment of an Amitabh starrer.. anywhwere.. maine Deewaar pahali baar Sarojini Nagar ke kisi square ground mein baithkar dekhi thee... I later saw that some 15-20 times.. I think my comments might invite some wild comments from fellow bloggers.. ab bas bhi karo yaar..

Respected Brother
Sadar Pranam

I know it is a bit difficult exercise to carry out.. to decide what was your best.. there are so many movies which fall in the category of best forget the scenes.. yet since you asked or rather as Jaspreet asked.. I report not one but three scenes from three different films.. it might be easier for me that way

1. Anand - at the time of the death of Rajesh Khanna.. baatein karo mujhase.. oh you were the real hero of the moment.. and the tape replays the recorded voice of Rajesh Khanna .. A masterpiece.. I think no one could enact such scenes better than you from where could you pack such extreme emotions.. excellent..

2. Namak Haraam - The scene where you challenge the public.. after they beat up Somu on disclosure of his being a friend to you by Om Shivpuri sahab.. the anger in your eyes the tone of your voice it was very moving and appeared very real..

3. Sholay - The dialogue with Mausi .. ab kamane dhamane ka kya hai.. roj roj to koi jeet nahi sakata na juye mein.. kabhi kabhi haar bhim jaata hai bechara.. to kya juaari hai.. na na maine aisa kab kha aap to mere dost ko galat samajh rahi ain .. vo to bahut hi seedha aur nek insaan hai .. ek baar basanti se uskiki shaadi ho jaaye.. gaane vaali ke ghar ana-jaana apane aap band ho jayega .. kya kisi naachane vali ke yahan bhi aana jaana hai .. to isame buraai hi kya hai mausi.. naachane gaane valiyon ke yahan to bade bade raiis aur oonche khandaan ke log jaate hain.. to itana aur bata do beta tumhaara dost hai kis khandan se.. bas khandaan ka pata chalte hi aapko khabar kar doonga.. to main yah rishta pakka samajhun..

I am not able to stop at three so here add

4. Deewaar - jaao pahale us aadmi ka sign lekar aao jisne meri maan ko dhakke dekar nikal diya thaa.. us aadmi ka sign lekar aao jisane mere haath par yeh likh diyaa thaa.. uske baad.. usake baad bhaai tum jis kagaz par kahoge mai us par sign kar dunga..

5. Amar Akbar Anthony - The scence in front of mirror after the fight with Vinod Khanna- oh it was one out of this world..

There are several others but I have already put five therefore there is no space for - Don ko pkadana mushkil hi nahi namumkin hai.. or I can talk English, I can laugh English.. and of course Satte pe Satta when you act with bandage all around your face when Hema ji comes to meet you and ask of your welfare .. those sounds hatiaa.. taan taai.. hattia taa taain .. arre mar gaya.. koi hai.. that was superb.. and also the watermelon scene.. If you allow me leverage I might just go on to add the kachcha papad pakka papada and satik fatikta.. from Yaraana.. Main aaj bhi phenke huye paise nahi uthata.. or main bahut thak gaya hoon maan (in the dying moments of Deewar.. exceptionally emotional, powerful, gripping and extremely well screened).. I think theast one could be picked as first.. this was the best as an actor..

If I continue here further than this fellow EF members would cry foul.. they may say.. arrey bhai.. bhaai ne ungli kya pakdaai isane to pahuncha hi pakad liyaa..

Post Script Today is the game between Delhi and Kings XI of Poonjab.. and though it does not matter to Delhi whether they win or loose.. Priety should not even consider that I would pray for Kings to win.. Delhi has to win this and not only this but every other match they play.. The four before the semis, the semi final and the finals.. uske baad Priety. usake baad tum jo bhi match kahogi main haarne ko taiyaar hoon..

कविता - तू आख़िर क्या चाहती

Respected Brother

Sadar Pranaam
I found these couplets composed some time ago.. no, I don’t know when.. but nt in very distant past.. I do not know If I shared them here.. worthwhile even if I did.. though I am sure I never typed this.. bhaisahab kavita to mai panno par hi likhata hoon.. itana vidwaan nahi ki direct type kar ke kuchh samay hi bacha loon.. is kavita ka shirshak nahi hai.. bas yun hi likh di thee.. Time pass karane ke liye (smiling..) Time pass karna bhi apane aap mei kitani badi kala hai..( brother, I write poetry with pen and paper only.. I am not such a scholar yet that I could directly ket it in an could save some time.. This composition does not have a title.. I siply wrote it just like that.. just to kill the time..this killing of time is a bit of artistry in itself..) but Carla, Rose, Rochelle, and my other foreign friends do notask me to translate it into english.. I am yet to attempt the translation of the poem on deepak .. The lamp and not deepak Taunk or Deepak Mehta - one a new friend I found the other an old friend I refound .. (smiling.. does such a word exists, if not then why not.. ) both are on face book, Taunk is new and Mehta is my school time friend! I have not met Mehta for more than 30 years and still not met Taunk despite a great desire to do so..)
Ok these words have been added later and the poem which was earlier at the beginning has benn pushed down॥ I know that is the state Kavita faces these days.. being pushed down.. I would not type more and let it surface on to top..

Day 385 - Predictions link to IPL 2009

Respected Brother
Sadar Pranam

Yes, indeed there is lot of agreeable stuff on what you stated here.. The night hour inner thought processes.. the stress and productivity.. and even abstaining for long commentary on films that you are currently involved..

We are indebted for such open-hearted posts from some one whose every day means a millions in term of money.. can we equate this to your sharing of your income with us.. not really.. you are sharing your love with us.. folks just give it a thought on what I say..

Well, I have been under stress.. being human did put a wrong result of the eighth match between DC and RCB under the intersection of DC and KXIP, I am indeed sorry to the teams.. (as if they would have noted the page and sue me in court.. for incorrect display of the information on this eighth game..)

Yet, I continue to write more and more on IPL2009.. Here is a link to possible predictions that could arise from this stage.. the permutations and combinations are so many that I could only discuss most plausible and some very highly unexpected (the best and the worst cases.).
http://www.angelfire.com/ab/abhayasharma/predict_semifinalists.pdf

My sincere thanks for allowing my IPL related blabbering some space here.. You do seem to have got busy in your business and not into IPL 2 as much as we or should I say I expected.. It is all right.. your time is far more precious and in a way the IPL matches could have been reduced to one per team.. their prerogative to hold such huge tournament..

Love to all and yes would like to seek the release date of Alladin.. You were splendid in the other children oriented film - Bhootnath.. So the expectations are naturally quite high.. expectations are always high from any film which has Amitabh Bachchan in its cast..

PS Though I have predicted a loss for Delhi in today’s game against Deccans. You would not know how much joy would I get if I am proved wrong.. Symonds, Gilchrist and Rohit Sharma could all amass runs today.. and I do expect the return of Sehwag too.. and a useful knock from him alone may not be enough.. Though I also know that Delhi has been having good regular bowlers that they do not have to depend on part timers.
